Getting connected with Steve Enlow and Dee Dee Guzman via a real estate web search was the best thing that happened to us during our home buying experience. We showed up not knowing what to expect and were immediately made to feel welcome and valued by Steve and Dee Dee. Dee Dee had properties to see lined up and Steve spent most of the day driving us around to view them. Steve and DeeDee were extremely helpful. I was able to purchase the condo well below market price. They made sure that the tenant was out of the condo before we closed escrow. They sent pictures of the condo, so I could see condition of condo (I live in the hi desert, so only viewed the condo through pictures. I trusted their opinions and they did a great job.
