I have been based in LA QUINTA for about 35 years now. I’ve been a Realtor in the beautiful Coachella Valley for over 22 years and got my license first in Kauai, HI. Then I came back to La Quinta and got my California license as well. I started my Real Estate career working for Greg Norman’s development company, Medallist Golf Development, where I was the onsite Sales Manager and a top producer. I then transitioned into Resales. I then transitioned into Resales with a large corporate company. Deciding I preferred a smaller, local brokerage with a local Broker and local agents, I joined Desert Sands Realty.
In addition, each of my listings has it’s own URL, also known as a single property website..making it easier to find. I spend most of my marketing time and money online, but I do have a full-page ad monthly in Palm Springs Real Estate magazine, full-page ads in both the Santa Barbara and Eldorado Polo Club magazines for each season. These equestrian magazines are out for the entire season, and get into the hands of thousands of visitors to the clubs. My online exposure is as good as it gets, and this website also feeds into all the usual real estate sites, but also Land sites, Equestrian sites, and Commercial sites. I employ a full time SEO management team to push my social media presence on Facebook/Twitter/k2sells/u-tube/Instagram/Google+/Pinterest. I review and add online presence every December to keep up with the constant evolution of the internet marketing machine. Social Media is a constant presence.
